MOVENTUR offers Worldwide free shipping on all watches. We Ship worldwide from Denmark using DHL Express.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that some countries might have special import fees, taxes or other duties on imported goods. Please check if this applies to your country as these are not included in our free shipment.

DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time is usually 5-7 working days. All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Please carefully inspect the delivery package for damages when you receive it and report to the courier directly if any damage is found.
-Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

We accept payments with all major credit cards.

SECURE PAYMENT
All payments made on Moventur-watches.com are encrypted using secure technology. Your card details are not retained or visible to MOVENTUR employees. You will be charged when the order is placed.

WARRANTY - WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
The 2 warranty covers manufacturing fault within the 2 year warranty period. Normal wear and tear on the Watch case, Saphire Glass, Crown, Strap or Clasp is not covered by the warranty.

Any damage to the watch due to incorrect use or due to being knocked or dropped is not covered by the warranty.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you are uncertain that your payment was successful, please contact us at info@moventur-watches.com, and we will assist you.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase. If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or another payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (via the original payment method only) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

REFUSAL OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, security concerns, or inappropriate customer conduct.

RETURNS POLICY
Orders can be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. Returns beyond this time frame are not accepted.

RETURN ITEMS CONDITION POLICY
Items returned must be in the condition you received them. Items must be in 100% un-used/ unworn condition in their original packaging.
Returns that are damaged in any way will not be accepted. Please note all returned watches are inspected to check for signs of use.
We check every returned watch for signs of wear or marks on the case, crystal and strap. Only if the watch is in 100% perfect condition will we refund the total cost for the watch.
The original invoice must accompany returned items. Return shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded.
